4. Intellectual property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to NICVDC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Final deliverables produced under an engagement transfer to the client as set out in that engagement's agreement.

Files shared by clients remain confidential and are used solely to deliver the agreed services. NICVDC may display completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are specified in the engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the timeframe set out in that agreement. Late payments may incur reasonable charges as permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NICVDC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Liability for professional services is limited to the scope and terms of the governing engagement agreement.

9. Governing law
