What services does NICVDC offer?
NICVDC offers eight services: architectural design, interior design, 3D rendering and visualization, BIM modeling, Tekla structural detailing, Scan to BIM, 4D & 5D BIM, and BIM coordination.
Can NICVDC handle a project end to end?
Yes. A single project can move from concept architecture through interior design, BIM modeling, structural detailing, and 4D/5D simulation without handing work to outside vendors.
How are NICVDC services priced?
Services are priced either as a fixed-scope package based on area, LOD, and drawing count, or as a monthly dedicated offshore team. We quote after reviewing your drawing set or point cloud.
